do you ever feel like your mind is going at 100 miles per hour with no contingency for a pit stop?

I don't know why (although I do have a few ideas: lack of any form of sleep, organization, or energy), but lately this is how I feel. However, I have no reason - that I can comprehend - to feel this way (other than the very late-night weekend).
